  Dr.  Josh is literally a lifesaver! I hurt my lower back just before Christmas and I was in so much pain and very anxious about it as I need to be on " new Grandma duty" soon and I could barely walk and could not lift or carry anything.  I have a  tight budget and worried about the costs of him coming out - but all I can say is that it is so worth it. Dr. Josh spends a great deal of time identifying the source of pain and then he is just amazing and being able to relieve it.  He is kind and gentle and works with each patient's comfort level.  Having an hour appointment is so different from a quick 10/15 minutes in an office  - Dr. Josh was able to show me and have me practice the exercises I need to do. He wrote out detailed "homework" exercise instructions to strengthen my lower back.  What I love about Doctor Josh is he wants to get his patients well and gives us the tools to keep ourselves well.
