Dr.  Josh is literally a lifesaver! I hurt my lower back just before Christmas and I was in so much pain and very anxious about it as I need to be on " new Grandma duty" soon and I could barely walk and could not lift or carry anything.  I have a  tight budget and worried about the costs of him coming out - but all I can say is that it is so worth it. Dr. Josh spends a great deal of time identifying the source of pain and then he is just amazing and being able to relieve it.  He is kind and gentle and works with each patient's comfort level.  Having an hour appointment is so different from a quick 10/15 minutes in an office  - Dr. Josh was able to show me and have me practice the exercises I need to do. He wrote out detailed "homework" exercise instructions to strengthen my lower back. Dr. Angulo, referred to me by Dianna at Be Well Health Coaching, helped me get to a diagnosis for a pain that had plagued me for over a year. He then continued to follow up on my progress well after it was in his professional interest to do so. I highly recommend you incorporate his skill and expertise as part of your wellness journey. Dr. Ziemer was prompt, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She addressed each issue I was having, gave exercises to do for homework, and taught me how to do them. I am a caretaker and have a demanding job.  My spine is damaged from a car accident.  This incident has caused problems and pain for 43 years.  There is no easy fix for me, but Dr. Josh gave me great advice and provided significant relief.  He spends important time with his clients explaining their condition and is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your health. I have been a client of Dr. Z. for about a year. I was surprised and pleased to see her start on own practice. Concierge service is definitely a plus. More time to concentrate on multiple areas of concern and talk things through to come up with a plan. She listens attentively and asks pertinent questions.
