What is Carpal Tunnel?

Carpal tunnel is one of the most common musculoskeletal conditions. However, it is also one of the most mismanaged conditions. The carpal tunnel is an anatomical structure in your wrist where many structues pass through such as nerves, tendons, and ligaments. Pressure within the tunnel can compromise and compress the median nerve that runs through it.
