The carpal tunnel is an anatomical structure in your wrist where many structues pass through such as nerves, tendons, and ligaments. Pressure within the tunnel can compromise and compress the median nerve that runs through it.

This is a manual technique that is used to release soft tissue tension and helps to decrease soft tissue and joint pain. A hands on manual therapy technique used to stretch soft tissues, especially muscles, tendons, and ligaments in the body. This highly effective therapy works to treat and prevent trigger points, scar tissue, and myofascial restriction.
