Erika graduated from the University of South Florida with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, class of 2021. Yet, since 2018, she has maintained her credentials through ACE Fitness as a personal trainer, with a focus on strength training. Erika’s passion for movement transformed into the desire to learn how to best train and recover to keep active.

As well as furthering her education and completing Massage Therapy school, combining the two passions for a well-rounded bodywork and fitness approach.
