LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST
Timothy combines a variety of massage modalities in his Sports Massage sessions with a focus on recovery and self-care. He is an advocate for blending eastern and western recovery methods including hypervolt, assisted stretch, Graston, STM, cupping, and deep breathing techniques.

Our Membership packages make it easier for our patients to receive care for injuries they have sustained, as well as preventative care. Our members need to get back to performance quickly, and our approach makes rehabilitation from injury as efficient and convenient as possible.
